Thank you for your recent communication. When I raise my hand to take the oath on Swearing In Day, I will have the Bible in my other hand. I do not subscribe to using the Koran in any way. The Muslim Representative from Minnesota was elected by the voters of that district and if American citizens don't wake up and adopt the Virgil Goode position on immigration there will likely be many more Muslims elected to office and demanding the use of the Koran. We need to stop illegal immigration totally and reduce legal immigration and end the diversity visas policy pushed hard by President Clinton and allowing many persons from the Middle East to come to this country. I fear that in the next century we will have many more Muslims in the United States if we do not adopt the strict immigration policies that I believe are necessary to preserve the values and beliefs traditional to the United States of America and to prevent our resources from being swamped.

The Ten Commandments and "In God We Trust" are on the wall in my office. A Muslim student came by the office and asked why I did not have anything on my wall about the Koran. My response was clear, "As long as I have the honor of representing the citizens of the 5th District of Virginia in the United States House of Representatives, The Koran is not going to be on the wall of my office." i was at mohegan sun for the second night in a row

i met up with dario who proceeded to give me a promoter backstage pass

and there i walked in with queensrych on stage and judas priest getting ready

i saw rob halford with shorts on and barefeet getting ready to don his leather uniform

pretty funny

5 leather jacket changes

made of various leather and plastic materials
oh yea and lots and lots of studs

huge biker boots with spurs

tatoos on his bald head

it looked like a movie about rockstars right before they went on

standing just outside of the side stage behind a curtain on the door

all 5 of them looking straight ahead, mentally preparing themselves to go into full 80's metal splendor

i couldn't help but chuckle inside

how different we are as a band came to mind
we give each other the pound
huddle up
give a quick pep talk and RUN out to stage

many other times in the evening did i laugh but it was cool, cause it was SOO arena rock

rob standing on the top level holding out a big judas priest flag

waving in the air

singing into the mic staring down

he looked more like Darth Halford, the Rob Halford

of course the best part of the evening was the free catered food:)

yumm

and lots of free beverages
coffee, tea, iced tea, soda, water, gatorade

i had it all

one last thing

zippie looks over at me, being the man, and goes i wanna wait here till the security guards fuck with me

and sure enough a young cocky meat heady looking one goes up to him and gets in his face

now zippie is a BIG dude, and he's goes
we got working passes, which means we can stay...

the hartford set was sloppy :) but fun
many things to say, can't say any of them in any sort of public forum

so on to the non illegal stuff

we borrowed the oakdale van for the weekend

i wore a tie on friday for the show

then on saturday we rolled to arlenes in nyc... i had my stones tshirt
all my metro accessories

played a tight tight tight set
then i bounced with benny and laz to some goth night club
doug met us there

laz's girlfriend's coworker was dj'ing there, so i guess thats the reason for going

wow... all i have to say is too many questionable genders
and usually thats the case with goth, or rather any club in nyc
but damn

these guys weren't even trying to look good by dressing as women

ended the evening with episode IV

and bbq the next day!!! and oh yea now its monday
and here comes another bbq... sweeeeeet

dario is our manager and he got contacted by a few high school students who wanted to do an interview of us for their class

things like this really make me feel like all the struggle and hard work is worth it
treating people right and good has its rewards

Dario man i just wanted to thank you for that interview last night. IT
WAS AMAZING. meeting the guys was probably one the best things i have
ever done. 
i am in my journalism class right now and i just finished the article. i
will send it to you guys in full newspaper form after it is published.
Also, i have the posters and i will copy them at work and paste them all
over the town. i plan on you guys having a great turnout with the march
12th show. i thank you again and i hope to stay in touch. tell Kashif
that i would be mopre than happy to be his guitar tech and let him know

i win the big spender award this weekend after my mri on saturday, i drove to the music store. this music store is in in the complete opposite side of the state from where i was. i did this because they have the best service department, as i was going to get my guitars set up and serviced. this store is not part of a chain, but still have a pretty large seletion of "premium" - meaning expenisive - guitars. And, like i said before, the best service department of any store i've EVER been too.. well, when i get there i find out they are having a sale. I've never heard of anything of its kind. Buy one guitar at retail price, get a second of equal or lesser retail price for free! I couldn't help myself, i bought one guitar and got one free!!!
